Original project statement

When tasked with illustrating a fear, I took an ambiguous route to convey one of my greatest fears. This is a fear that manifested in 2007 and 2008 and continues to remain one of my biggest fears. This project lead to a series of illustrated by the root word of this project. Can you guess what it is?
